At Teradata Marketing Applications (now Mapp), within the Strategic Business Services team, I provided consultancy to clients and Teradata professional services teams on Real Time Decisioning and Digital Marketing offerings.

Presented a detailed global-local model project plan for implementing a worldwide RTIM Decisioning project with CoE in Paris.
HSBC
Investigated an RTIM (with Celebrus) issue related to offers across several categories
Aberdeen Asset Management
Created use cases for DMP pre-sales opportunity on how pixel tracking can help convert leads to customers.
Allied Irish Bank
Created use cases for abandoned online applications and how DMP can help with targeted outbound campaigns.
Habitat UK
Analysed data on declining targeting, click-open rates and increasing unsubscribes for newsletter subscriptions, through the use of Digital Messaging Centre and proposed marketing segmentation changes based on historical trends and customer preferences.
